Salman Khan received a threat letter: A few days ago, famous singer and rapper Sidhu Moosewala of Punjab was shot dead in broad daylight. After Sidhu’s death, Bollywood actor Salman Khan has also been receiving threats to kill him. In such a situation, now Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan got a letter full of threats on 5th June at Bandra Bandstand resort.
A source close to ETimes said that the letter was received by Salim Khan’s guards at a place where he usually takes a break after his morning walk. Now the Bandra Police has registered an FIR against the people. The letter read, ‘Your Musewala will do.’
According to a report in India Today, police officials said that Salman’s father has approached the police through his security guard. His statement has been recorded and an offense under the Indian Penal Code has been registered for ‘criminal intimidation’.
Even before this, Salman Khan had received threatening calls and letters. Lawrence Bishnoi, the gangster allegedly responsible for Sidhu Musewala’s death, also threatened to kill Salman Khan in Rajasthan. Where the actor was appearing in the court for the blackbuck case. While being taken to Jodhpur court amid heavy police security, Bishnoi said, “Salman Khan will be killed here in Jodhpur… Then he will come to know about our real identity.”
